My Services

As a public speaker, I focus on health inequalities, patient advocacy, disability culture, and living well in tough times.

I believe in discerning what’s ours to hold and shift and where we are impacted by environmental, social and institutional influences.

When we are clear on what’s possible for us, we can stop blaming ourselves for collective struggles - and get on with working to make those wider shifts.

I work with folks with multiple marginalised and oppressed identities, often with complex chronic illnesses.

I help marginalised folks with complex bodies and lives to live well with pain, illness and trauma without disembodiment, burnout or blame.

I believe access is liberation and justice

I believe self-care can be harmful when it’s divorced from our interconnectedness

I believe there is a life beyond normal

I believe chronic illness isn’t our fault

I believe there can be aspects of our symptoms we can influence

I believe we don’t need to struggle alone

Dear ones, let’s make a good life in the midst of it all, onwards together.
